Titan got adopted!!!!!!

Titan went to his forever home last night! He was such a good boy that day. When it was bath time, he climbed right into the tub without me even asking or nudging. He must have
wanted to smell nice for his new family! And when we met his new daddy at Petco, he climbed right into the front passenger seat and made himself at home. He was full of smiles! When I called later, Titan was with his new family at Petco getting toys and other goodies (which is great because Titan insisted on dragging his ratty old toy with him all the way to meet his new daddy!) Luckily his new forever family lives very close and is active in our meetup group so we will get to see Titan and his new family often! Good luck Titan and we'll see you very soon at meet ups!
You want me to pee?!?!? Is here okay.......???

Last night Titan decided to be a stinker. I'm getting ready for bed and Titan comes in and sits down in front of me. I say to him "Do you have to go potty Titan?" He plops right down and curls up like he's going to sleep. I said "Titan....you have to go potty before bed." So he stands up and, as if to say "Fine! I'll go!", he starts peeing right there in the bedroom! I couldn't believe it! Apparently he was in his defiant teen years last night and decided to take me literally when I said it was time for him to pee! What a stinker!! Note to self: next time say "Titan, it's time to go OUTSIDE and pee."
What a lover!

Titan: King of the dog park!

Titan is doing great. He had a little problem with his bladder again, but now that's he's on these meds and special Urinary Tract Food he's doing terrific. We have a check up within a couple weeks to make sure he's still fine, but the vet thinks it should clear up by then. They are always so impressed with him when I bring him in. They can't believe how great he is doing!
Titan still loves plush toys but just destroys them immediately. His chewing has decreased some, but it's still his favorite thing to do! It's really important to keep things off the floor and picked up so he doesn't think it's a new chew toy. We exchanged the Kong toys for a Nylabone, which doesn't have any holes for him to get his lips suctioned into. And his "Tuff Piggy Toy" is still intact! So although he is limited to certain toys, there are definitely toys out there that are appropriate for him. It will be important for his adoptive family to stick to those toys so that he doesn't end up swallowing pieces of anything.
We went to the doggy park yesterday. Him and Girl climbed all over all the agility equipment. He just loves going anywhere and everywhere, and is such a good little traveler.
And he is still doing good about not getting on the living furniture; but....he loves my bed and tries to sleep up there quite often. He just wants to snuggle up to you at night and go right to sleep. He's starting to take after Girl and loves curling up on blankets and sheets on the floor. He loves to lay his head on pillows too. My living room looks like a constant slumber party between the two of them! He is such a goofball. When he gets really excited playing with Girl, he hops in the air and runs in circles! Never a dull moment with him in our house. Whoever adopts him will have plenty of laughs with him!
