Maggie needed surgery on her other knee too!
Posted March 30, 2008 3:15 pm
Today was Maggie's big day, she had her 2nd knee surgery at 2pm today. It was successful, but the doctor just finished at 3:00pm so he is going to keep her for the night and we are picking her up tomorrow morning. He instructed us that she isn't to move for the next three days, she needs to just sit and heal. Our poor Maggie Moo has very small bones he said and her legs are bowed very badly (according to the vet). Keep her in your prayers and she sends very slobbery kisses to you guys!
Oh no! Not this again!
I am so happy I have wonderful parents to take care of me!
Maggie is doing great in her forever home, but

Maggie is home for the Holidays!
Posted December 17, 2007 6:07 pm
Miss Maggie Moo has gone to her forever home - just in time for the Holidays! Maggie is an older sister to her bully brother Bruno, and she is transitioning wonderfully. It's been a very eventfull two and a half months for Miss Moo during which time she endured a major surgery on her leg. Maggie would like to send a very special "thank you" to her orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Robin Holtzsinger for fixing her leg, enabling her to walk like a normal bullie again! Stay strong Maggie Moo, enjoy your new life with your family (and your cute baby brother) - we miss you!
Maggie's on her way home!

These pics were taken by Maggie's new adoptive parents on the car ride back home after they just picked her up from us and signed the official adoption papers! Here's a pic of Maggie Moo on her way to her new home. She loves to gaze out the window from the time she gets in the car until the car stops at its final destination.
"Mommy stuck me back here in the trunk so Maggie Moo can ride to her new home in peace...... all I wanna do is play with her!"
